Day 5. Mobility. The definition of mobility is the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. Eg.
"This exercise helps retain mobility in the damaged joints”. Perhaps a better modern day definition is “More mobility will help you put your sock on without making noises like a heifer”. Starting your day with some really simple mobility drills is dead easy, cheap and simple. EVERYONE can find 5 minutes a day to make sure their body has a fighting chance to be pain free.

Hello everyone,

With lockdown regulations relaxing and the weather improving I am hoping to run some boot camps on the Balcombe recreation ground. The sessions will be circuit training with boxing and pad work, and the focus of the sessions will be strength and conditioning, with weight loss and mobility as the objective.

I am planning classes at
0600-0700 before work hours and 0930-1030 after school drop off, starting one day per week and adding another if there is demand locally.

If anyone would be interested please fire me a message so I can get an idea of numbers! Happy Monday.

Since the outbreak of Covid the boxing classes I had lined up have not been possible for safety reasons and government rules, so I am keen to find out if there would be interest in socially distant outdoor classes.
The aim is currently to have up to 6 stations (which can increase as rules relax) spaced 4 metres apart on a local grass field which has compostable toilets and taps for water, as well as parking (site is near Ardingly).
So far it looks like there will be a strength based class for experienced gym members based around functional training using tires, ropes etc. There would also be a class for beginner, or those who are looking to get back into training at a slower pace, based around bodyweight and mobility exercises.

Please let know if there would be any interest.

Hello there,

Since it seems like we will be spending the foreseeable future without our gyms I thought I would offer my online services to the community. I’ve been doing online sessions since the beginning of lock down and having great success with current clients.

I am now offering sessions of 30 and 45 minutes all at half price until we can get back to our pre covid best. If you would like sessions for strength, weight loss or even mobility to keep you moving better then please get in touch!

Hello all,
Its that time of year again, and I wanted to get out there and say I am proud to now be working out of two brilliant and fully equipped Studios, In central London and in Haywards Heath, as well as a range of home visits in and around the area.
I specialise in Body Transformation and weight loss, and have a number of clients going through rehabilitation courses, with Shoulder and Lower Back Pain as Specialist areas. I also work on Strength and conditioning training, specifically for Runners and combat Sports, while I primarily focus in Boxing Training.
