✨✨✨STILL TIME TO JOIN! ✨✨✨

🌕FULL MOON YOGA & REFLECTION🌕

Really looking forward to outdoor Full Moon Yoga & Reflection event for the Blue Moon, The Bothy Cafe, Auchincruive, next Sunday 31st May! 🫶

7pm - 8.30pm and the cost is £15.

If it rains we’ll be under the Pergola looking out onto the beautiful gardens, enjoying the sound of rain whilst staying cosy and dry! 🥰

Suitable for all levels and from 6months postpartum - complete beginners welcome! 🤗

We’ll celebrate our achievements in the past month by taking time to journal & let go of what no longer serves us! ✍️

Practice a beautiful Full Moon Yoga sequence & some balancing and energising breath work before lying back on our mats under the light of the Full Moon for a lovely relaxation & meditation absorbing her wonderful energies! 🌕

We will end by releasing what no longer serves us into the fire pit 🔥enjoying some toasted marshmallows and herbal tea 🍵

🌟 Tuesdays - Prestwick Community Centre - 11am - 12.30pm 🌟

These classes are just so lovely and very much baby led! 🥰

👩‍🍼 Breathing techniques to help keep you calm
👩‍🍼 Gentle postnatal adapted yoga to strengthen and rebuild back, abs and pelvic floor muscles
👩‍🍼 Time to chat and share with other mamas
👩‍🍼 Baby yoga while we sing nursery rhymes
👩‍🍼 Techniques to help trapped wind & constipation
👩‍🍼 Relaxing meditation

Some rare spaces are available due to some of our babies being on the move and crawling ready to explore. 🌈
