Did you know many gymnast/ elite gymnast now participate in pilates/ Reformer pilates. As an ex National Standard gymnast myself and now pilates instructor, I can honestly say, that having sustained a major life changing Accident over 15 years ago. Getting back into pilates has been one of the best decisions I have made in my entire life. Why, because it strengthens every muscle throughout your entire body, enhances flexibility; improves posture and more.
