So as a personal trainer I am always following a healthy lifestyle. However during the Perri- menopause and full menopause I noticed changes in my body and mind.😑
However with a regular exercise plan in place and a consistent healthy food plan I have succeeded in managing my symptoms.😄
I have avoided weight gain and worked around the various issues that accompany this next stage in our lives, as women.
But it can also affect your mental health.
It not uncommon to experience anxiety, lack of confidence and generally feeling off kilter.
I know I am there...
Studies show that exercise helps us in this stage of our lives, physically and mentally.
