What is your why? ⁣

Training is all well and good but we need to have a reason for why we are training. Verbalising your reason for training helps you keep yourself accountable & have a higher chance of reaching your goals. ⁣

Your reason could be anything! ⁣

You may want to look better naked. ⁣

You may want to keep yourself healthy for your children or grandchildren. ⁣


Whatever your reason is, use it to keep your fire lit! I’m always wanting to know peoples motivation, it allows me to keep anyone motivated! ⁣
