Pride Training Services LTD are a locally based accredited and licensed training company in the heart of Attleborough town centre. Founders Daniel Burcham and Paul Burcham, also directors of sister company Pride Home Care -a family run and experienced homecare company who are passionate about delivering a bespoke quality service of an extremely high standard have a passion and desire to use their knowledge, skills and proven high reputation in delivering inquisitive and innovative learning training of the same highest standard.
Pride Training Services LTD offer their training services with their wide range of training sessions in a number of sectors at competitive prices in their fully equipped and operational brand new spacious training suite at Queens House, Queens Square in Attleborough, Norfolk. Our training is bespoke to our client and can be delivered at any time and even at alternate venues to cater their needs.
We are looking to recruit an additional experienced Trainer who will be responsible for sourcing, developing, training and assessing the courses delivered which also includes employees including their CPD. Equipping care staff with the knowledge, practical skills, and passion to carry out their work activities in a caring, person centered and effective manner.
The successful applicant will be a skilled trainer who is comfortable designing and creating course materials as well as delivering and providing follow ups to ensure that new skills and behaviours are learnt and implemented.
Key Duties:
Deliver training sessions including (but not limited ) care worker induction training in line with the Care Certificate and Skills for Care, ensuring that they all have the required knowledge and competence for their role.
Deliver refresher training.
Delivery of sufficient training courses to consistently meet and ideally exceed legislative requirements and business needs for all employees.
Sourcing specialist training and CPD courses and arranging for their delivery or delivering them yourself.
To ensure that the company Training Matrix is accurate and kept up to date
Have a good understanding of the process of enrolling all learners for qualifications
To ensure evidence via a training certificate is manually in staff files and electronically uploaded on our scheduling system
To ensure the care certificate has been achieved and referenced against the 15 care standards and certificated.
Remaining informed and up to date about changes in legislation, guidance and recommendations form government, local authorities and other key agencies
Ensuring that your skills and knowledge remains up to date and fulfill agreed Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Booking and attending appointments to prospective clients.
