What would you do to look in the mirror and love yourself?

Not just put up with how you look… but actually love who you are, the way your body is and what you do for yourself everyday.

Maybe you’d be happy to spend £££, or put yourself through gruelling work outs… even eat food that you didn’t really like that much but knew it was healthy and so best for you.

But what about listening to yourself, sitting in the uncomfortable emotions, trusting your body (and that she’s trying her hardest) and not subscribing to every diet that tells you to eat less, move more, shrink yourself…

Doing the simple things are often the hardest, so we fill our time with complicated mornings routines and counting calories and managing macros.

But really you just need to ask yourself the simpler question. What would help me today?

It’s easy to fill your mind with things you should be doing, that are never quite straightforward enough to stick at. So you’re stuck in a loop of trying, giving up, blaming yourself, changing the plan, chasing something even more complicated… just so you can tell yourself you’re trying.

But deep down you know your just avoiding the thing that feels to hard…

And that’s ok! Human nature is to seek comfort. Familiarity is comfort, even if it makes us sad… at least we know that it’s a predictable sad.

But you can change it. You can stop the avoidance, and break the cycle of being busy going nowhere.

So ask yourself “what would help me today”, and when you hear that whisper of a response, listen to it 🫶🏼

I genuinely thought motherhood was going to make me lose myself.

Because if you spend enough time online, that’s basically the message you hear over and over again.
“You won’t recognise yourself.”
“You’ll grieve your old life.”
“You’ll lose your identity.”

And I almost feel guilty saying this because I know that is the reality for a lot of women…

But weirdly?
I feel more like myself than I ever have.

Something about being his mum just feels incredibly natural to me.
Not easy all the time. Not glamorous 😂
But instinctive.

Like my brain and body went,
“Yep. This is exactly where you’re meant to be.”

And for someone who has spent most of her life overthinking, doubting herself and feeling like she’s never fully “good” at anything…
that feeling has caught me completely off guard.

I honestly think healing my relationship with food and my body before becoming a mum changed this experience massively too.

Because instead of spending postpartum at war with my body, I’ve mostly felt in awe of it.
Because it created an actual human being.

There’s something very healing about your body becoming a place of life, comfort and safety… instead of just something to criticise 🤍

Signs you’re making more progress than you realise…

Every time you pause before reacting to food, question an old habit, or notice what you’re feeling instead of numbing it… that’s change happening.

If you want to understand how your emotions are actually driving your eating, take my free quiz in the bio. It gives personalised insight and the first steps to help you feel more in control. ✨

When it comes to yo-yo diets, you don’t need more pressure…
you need proof that you’re actually moving forward.

Because pressure is what keeps you stuck in the cycle.
“Try harder. Be better. Start again Monday.”
And every time it doesn’t work, you trust yourself less.

What actually changes things?
Seeing yourself succeed.
Small wins. Real progress. Evidence that this is working.

That’s exactly what we build inside Break The Binge.

Over 6 weeks, you’re not left to “figure it out” on your own…
You have weekly check-ins, guidance, and support so you can actually see the shifts happening:

✨ feeling calmer around food
✨ fewer urges to binge
✨ more trust in yourself
✨ showing up differently in your day-to-day life

Not because you’ve forced it…
but because you’ve finally been shown a way that works.

Support isn’t a “nice to have” in this process…
it’s the thing that keeps you going when your old patterns would usually pull you back.

And this is your moment to step into that.

⚡ Special pricing ends tomorrow

If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this is it.

You don’t need more pressure.
You need the environment that proves to you: this time is different. 💛

It was never just about the food.

It was the plans you cancelled.
The dinners you avoided.
The conversations you weren’t fully present for.

The version of you that felt… smaller than your life.
Because when your mind is constantly thinking about food ….
what you’ve eaten, what you shouldn’t have eaten, what you’ll “be better” with tomorrow…
you’re not actually in your life.

And that’s what Break The Binge changes.

This isn’t another plan to follow or rules to get right.

It’s the shift that gives you your time, energy, confidence and relationships back.

→ Eating without guilt
→ Being present on nights out
→ Saying yes without overthinking
→ Trusting yourself around food
→ Feeling like you again

Doors are officially OPEN.
And because you’re here early… there’s an early access rate available this week only (once it’s gone, it’s gone).

Limited spaces. Real transformation. No more starting again every Monday.

If you’ve been waiting for your moment… this is it.

Honestly… Break The Binge isn’t for everyone.

If you’re not ready to take a deeper look at your habits, emotions, and patterns..this isn’t it.

But…

If you’re exhausted from the binge-restrict cycle
If food feels like it’s taking over your life
If you’re ready for something that actually works long term

Then you’re exactly who this is for.

Doors open soon.
Waitlist = early access + bonus.

Don’t miss it (link in bio).

Imagine a month from now…and binge eating isn’t running your life anymore.

Imagine waking up and food isn’t the first thing on your mind.No guilt from last night. No promises to “start again Monday.”No all-or-nothing rules playing in your head before you’ve even had breakfast.
Just calm.Choice.Trust in yourself again.

A month from now could feel completely different…not because you tried harder, but because you finally understood why the binge cycle keeps happeningand how to step out of it for good.

That’s exactly what I’m about to open the doors to.
Something structured.Supportive.
And designed to give you real freedom with food… not another diet in disguise.
We’re getting close now.

One minute you’re fine.
Next minute you’re in the kitchen,
eating faster than you can think,
already planning how you’ll “make up for it tomorrow.”

If food feels bigger than you…
If you feel stuck in the same cycle…
If you’re exhausted from starting over every Monday…

I see you.
I was you.

And there is a way out of this.

Break the Binge opens soon.
Follow to be the first to know when doors open. ✨

There was a time food felt like the centre of my entire world.

Every plan revolved around it.
Every thought came back to it.
Every day felt like I was either being “good”…
or completely out of control.

And the hardest part?
From the outside, I looked fine.

But inside, it was exhausting.
Mentally. Emotionally. Completely consuming.

I spent years searching for a way out of that cycle…
trying to fix myself, control myself, start again every Monday.

Eventually, I found a different way.
One built on understanding, safety, and learning to trust myself with food again.

That journey became Break the Binge…
a 6-week space where women step out of food chaos
and into calm, consistency, and real freedom with eating.

Doors are opening again very soon.
Follow me so you’re the first to know when they do. ✨💓
