After helping hundreds of people in their fitness journeys, I’ve noticed one thing show up again and again.
Most people struggling to get results are usually just one small tweak away from rapid progress.
Meaning if you’re seemingly doing everything right, but aren’t where you want to be…
Your results are likely being held back by just one small thing, too.
That’s the reality.
There’s usually just one main bottleneck.
Could be training, diet, poor sleep…
Regardless…
Once that bottleneck is identified and fixed…
Everything changes.
I see it all the time.
People stuck for months suddenly:
Start getting stronger...
Start looking different and notice their clothes fit better...
And feeling confident again when they look in the mirror.
Like:
Paul (nearly 70) gained serious muscle, far stronger.
Paula - first ever chin-up, strength flying.
Erin - built a near stage-ready lower body in 5 months.
Different goals.
Same principle.
Find the bottleneck → remove it → progress takes off.
Meaning once YOUR bottleneck is removed, you start flying towards your goals like these guys did.
