Sara’s transformation to date.

One of my absolute favourite clients I’ve worked with since moving to the north east.

We’ve had multiple setbacks due to ill health etc but she just gets on with it. Been an absolute pleasure to train and I’m so proud of the changes she’s made and the confidence she’s gained!

It's been a while since I posted anything of my clients on here. After the injury I only missed one single day of work. We kept going, we kept progressing and we got some fantastic results throughout 2025! At one point I was actually hitting 60 hours of personal training a week in Oasis so I really didn't have time to be posting on Facebook. I've made a decision though, that I will find the time to start posting regularly on here again. So expect transformations, tips and advice, recipe ideas and much more in 2026. Let's kick this off with the first 13 stone (or 83kg!) of Reece's weight loss. Big work from the big man!

The first 12 months growth since surgery. The two pictures are actually about 9 months apart.
I had every intention of recording every leg session and making a big recovery video but that soon fell apart due to two reasons:
1. I didn’t have the time or energy to set up camera during my sessions. I like to train with minimal rest and that would have just hampered my training and it’s just not my style to be filming constantly in gyms
2. I did try working with partners filming but everybody kept telling me to “slow down” “be careful” “you’ll hurt yourself” so I resorted to training in near empty gyms at times I didn’t have clients. Even if it meant some sessions were 6am and some were 8pm. That really messed with my philosophy of consistency is key!
I was off crutches within a few weeks and the brace went soon after, leg training started about 3 months post op. I trained legs up to 5 days a week most weeks! The pain was crazy. The only time my knee didn’t hurt was if i had two consecutive days off but my head told me that meant I wasn’t training hard enough so I stopped doing that! I had to just push through the constant pain. I never took one single painkiller through this whole time and I never will! If you know me, you know how much I despise them. No physio either, I like to do my own recovery work, I’ve done rehabilitation work with multiple clients after serious injuries over the years and was confident I could do it myself. Just good old fashioned hard work and the support of my coach Reece McDonald and my poor wife!
But there we go, year one out of the way, some pretty decent growth and the majority of that has happened whilst we’re in a diet phase pulling back on food. Food should be going up very soon, can’t wait to see the progress then and get on that stage in 2026!

Update from the 3 Amigos. 6am club in full force!

Consistency, determination, dedication in abundance. Results speak for themselves. But we don't rest on our laurels, we're only just getting started. 2025 will be a huge year!

Carl's Transformation- 4 weeks in.

First of all, I have to say, I love this guy. He likes a moan, he likes to whine a bit, but he does what is needed. As a PT you have to learn psychology, and how to treat different people. Some need a kick up the arse, some people need an arm around the shoulder. Your main focus should be client welfare, goals, and happiness.

Carl wanted a flat tummy, I told him the fact is all my clients get 6 packs if they are willing go the distance and put the work in, 4 weeks in and we are already so close it has shocked me!

Ok, so I got injured, and I had surgery, and there was a fleeting moment that I felt sorry for myself. But I'm recovering. The main thing is I was back training my clients 16 hours post having my knee rebuilt. And the results have not dipped. Your goals are my goals, your journey is my journey. I take every single person's goals personally. If you fail, I fail, and I've never failed at anything in my life. I appreciate my clients, they put food on the table for my children and in return they get whatever they f**k they tell me they want 🤣

Over the coming days I will be posting many of the recent transformations we have achieved. Stay tuned...

Always puts the work in whilst training, but loves the occasional (!?) glass of wine and sausages 🤣🤣. The results speak for themselves though, well done Elizabeth 💪

The old saying "you can't out train a bad diet" is true, however I believe that you need to be able to enjoy your life at the same time as losing weight. That's why I do NOT believe in restrictive diets. The best diet is the one you can stick to for the rest of your life. I work closely with my clients to create a diet that they enjoy. I don't think you can stick to a diet if you start from a "YOU CAN'T HAVE THIS" standpoint, it's just a negative mindset from the outset. My diets are not plain old chicken and rice, instead I give people recipes they enjoy - Italian food, Chinese, Indian, Burger and chips even beef stew if that's what they like. The aim is to work closely with somebody to build up a bank of recipes that they can rotate for life. Oh and cheat meals are a vital part of process of course 🤣

A lot can be achieved when you put the work in and these guys certainly do that! Can't wait for the next 6 weeks, some more body fat reduction and put on some lean tissue is the plan.
