What an EPIC way to finish what's been an incredible couple of seasons!

From that very first training session to what the lads produced today โ€” the difference is unbelievable and shows just how hard theyโ€™ve worked. We couldn't be prouder of every single one of them!

Massive well done to Jerry for winning Man of the Match ๐Ÿ† He absolutely smashed it today โ€” worked his socks off, grabbed a goal, an assist, and pulled off the slide tackle of the season!

Thank you so much to everyone for your support over the past two seasons. It's been an amazing journey and although the boys are heading in different directions, theyโ€™ve built skills, confidence and friendships that will last a lifetime. No doubt some of them will be back playing together again in the future!

Itโ€™s the final game of the season, and as a team in general for our young Lions today as we head over to Polesworth to face a strong Stoneydelph squad.

It wasnโ€™t the result we were after this morning for our young Lions, and the scoreline didnโ€™t reflect how we played. It was dusty, bobbly and very dry so not great conditions for a game of football but all of the lads put a shift in ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Well done to Zander โšฝ๏ธ and Freddie โšฝ๏ธ for the goals and assists from Jerry and Freddie.

Our MOM today went to Spencer for a solid defensive performance and some nice passing throughout the game ๐Ÿ†

We played well in spells today young Lions, we just switched off every now and then and got punished ๐Ÿ˜ฉ Their keeper had a good game and was a constant threat, and another day we'd have scored an extra few for sure.

This morning we played a game of two halves against Whittington, we played really well in the first half and came in at 2-2 at half time. The second half they had a dominant spell straight from the restart and fair play they took their chances with some great goals, leaving us standing and unable to catch up again in time for the final whistle.

Well done to the goal scorers Zander โšฝ๏ธโšฝ๏ธ and Freddie โšฝ๏ธ with an assist from Teddy x1, we thought Ralphie pulled off some great saves to keep us in the game so he just pipped MOM, well done Ralphie ๐Ÿ†
