PEAK Spring 2 Half Term Round-Up 🏃‍♂️🤸‍♀️🏆

What an amazing half term it was! We’ve enjoyed a busy schedule of events and it’s been fantastic to see so many happy, active pupils taking part across all activities.

During Spring 2, we delivered 2 exciting events:

• Reception & KS1 Indoor FUNdamentals at Waterhouses (Sports Hall)
• KS2 Hockey at Waterhouses (Courts)

The effort from pupils at every event was outstanding. It’s been great to see teamwork, confidence, and skills develop as the weeks went on, all within such a positive and supportive atmosphere.

A huge thank you to Waterhouses for the use of their excellent facilities.
Special mention to Waterhouses CE Primary Academy & Nursery, Parwich Primary, Biggin C of E Primary School, Ilam C of E VA Primary School, for bringing such brilliant energy to every event.

Thank you to all schools, staff, and pupils for making Spring 2 such an enjoyable and successful half term! Bring on the Summer Term!

Get ready to bring some summer vibes into the school term with fun, active and creative afterschool adventures! Our clubs are running across multiple Ashbourne-area schools - from Golf, Archery and Dodgeball to Forest Stars, Tennis, Cricket, Boxing Skills and more! 🙌

✨ Ashbourne... we’re excited to launch our FIRST EVER HAF Camp! ✨

We’re proud to be partnering with Derbyshire County Council to bring a fully funded Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Camp to St Oswald’s C.E. Primary School this Easter.

📅 Dates: Monday 30th March – Thursday 2nd April
⏰ Times: 9am–1pm
📍 Location: St Oswald’s C.E. Primary School, Ashbourne
🍽 Fully funded places, including lunch, snacks and drinks
👦👧 For primary-aged children (4–11) eligible for Free School Meals
🌱 Open to all eligible FSM families in the local Ashbourne area

Across the four days, children will enjoy:
• Arts and crafts
• Sports and active play
• Enrichment activities
• Outdoor exploration
• Opportunities to build confidence, socialise and learn new skills
All delivered by our experienced, friendly team in a safe and inclusive environment.

Spaces are very limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

PEAK Spring 1 Half Term Round Up 🏃♂️🤸♀️🏆

What a great half term. Busy events and happy, active pupils across every activity.

We delivered four events across Spring 1.
• Reception and KS1 Gymnastics at Waterhouses (Sports Hall).
• KS2 Gymnastics at Waterhouses (Sports Hall).
• KS2 Dodgeball at Waterhouses (Sports Hall).
• KS2 Benchball at Parwich (Village Hall), following a change from Tag Rugby due to the weather.

Pupils gave strong effort in every event. We saw teamwork and confidence grow as the half term progressed. The atmosphere stayed positive and welcoming.

A huge thank you to Waterhouses and Parwich for the use of their fantastic facilities.

A big shout out to Waterhouses CE Primary Academy & Nursery, Parwich Primary, Biggin C of E Primary School, Ilam C of E VA Primary School, Kirk Ireton C of E Primary School, Brassington Primary, and a warm welcome to Longford CE Primary School and Norbury CofE Primary School for their first PEAK event with us and bringing great energy to every event.
