If you don't enjoy exercise and fitness isn't something you're excited about that's okay.
But if you don't like what you see in the mirror...
If your confidence is low... If you're carrying excess body fat... If you're constantly tired, lacking energy, and feeling out of shape physically and mentally.
Then ask yourself:
Which struggle is easier to live with?
The struggle of staying where you are?
Or the struggle of exercising, taking care of yourself, and building better habits?
Neither is easy.
But one keeps you stuck. The other moves you forward.
You don't have to love it.
You just have to do it long enough to earn the results that come with it. π€
