Fast friday solo this morning- 30mins deep dynamic warm up follwoed by 100metre sprint, 10 press ups, 10 sit upsx 5 sets- awesome workout but very tough. Remember tales DAILY WORK.... What you dping foe yours today? And before you say "i dont have time" - we all have the same 24hours.... even a 30 min walk before bed d9es amaxing things if you stay consistant. Fellas...... where have all the leaders gone? If your npt taking care of yourself then your not being a leader.
