Rachel came to VF at the end of April & set 3 targets:
1️⃣ Rhythm
2️⃣ Consistency
3️⃣ 4-6lbs Weight loss
Here’s what she said:
“I had no real experience of a gym setting or routine. There were plenty of class times to work around my family schedule and the classes were so welcoming and friendly.
I feel so much more full of energy.
I thoroughly enjoy each session and feel healthier, fitter, with more toned abs and my mental health is much improved.

Fast Forward 6 Weeks and all targets met:
