These sessions are great for anyone who lacks time and possibly motivation, this is a 4 week course whi

ch includes, initial fitness/goals evaluation, 12 sessions, meal plan and home workouts. Early session: Mon, Weds, Friday - 6.00am – Willerby
Mid session: Mon, weds, Friday – 9.30am – Willerby
Evening session Mon 6.30pm, weds & Friday 7.30pm - Cottingham
4 weeks for £60 or pay-as-u-go £6 per session

Kettle Bell Classes
This is a phenomenal class for losing the wobbly bits, man boobs and tightening the core. Using a range of movement patterns combining interval cardio with weight training this class will shape and tone your body like no other. Sessions are £4 and run
Mondays @ 8.00pmin the Duke of Cumberland Ferriby and
