Business, like health, has seasons.
And this one has asked for adaptation, not reinvention.
Over the past six months, I’ve streamlined my systems, refined my services, and introduced the TBC group coaching model alongside my 1:1 work.
I’ve also made a small rebrand, in response to the changing landscape of weight loss, including the growing use of weight loss medications.
What hasn’t changed is the heart of my work.
My coaching has never been about quick fixes, rigid food rules, or shrinking for the sake of it. It has always been about the deeper work. Sustainable lifestyle change. Mindset mastery. Behaviour change. Building a body and a life you feel good living in, and feeling genuinely proud of how you show up.
Yes, for many women that journey still includes losing 10–50lbs+. But for almost every client I’ve worked with, weight loss became the happy side effect, not the centrepiece.
What actually changed their lives was everything else. Their relationship with food. Their nervous system. Their self-trust. Their consistency. Their confidence in their body and their decisions. Less food noise, more calm and inclusivity. Releasing perfectionism and impossible standards that kept them stuck. Learning how to, respectfully, say no to more, to people-pleasing, to over-scheduling, and yes to themselves and their wellbeing as a priority.
The difference now is that more women are coming to me already knowing this, wanting this, chasing this… not simply seeking weight loss alone.
They’re thinking about longevity. About strength, independence, and quality of life as they age. About feeling well, capable, and grounded in their bodies, whether or not medication is part of their journey.
I’m not here to judge choices. My space has always been inclusive and judgement-free. There is room here for all women, at all stages, with all tools.
So while the packaging has evolved, the work has not. If anything, it’s simply more visible now.
And with the addition of a lower-ticket group coaching option, it’s more accessible too, because supporting women through real change should meet the reality of the world we’re living in today, where purse-strings are a little tighter now for most, and where weight loss medications are part of the shifted landscape.
Same values. Same depth. Same commitment to helping women feel strong, steady, and proud of how they show up.
Just delivered in a way that fits the times.
