Incredibly honoured to have been invited to tie on the famous, international Tyer's Row at the BFFI 2027!

Can't wait to showcase my flies and be up there tying with so many great, great names - I'm a bit overwhelmed to be honest! 😬

Headed out early doors this morning on a rare day off to hit the water - finally! - along with my Dad.

Air temperature was a comfortable 21 degrees, the fish were active and feeding, so i tied on a size 16 midge nymph of my own concoction, let it sink low and slow and then stripped it back fast through the water. This gorgeous rainbow trout took it just by the bank 🎣🎣🎣

Only stayed out till about 11am as then it did get too hot 🔥 🥵
