The purpose of Children’s Advanced Training is to help children & adolescents (9-16 year olds) in sport. I provide fitness sessions, available on a one-to-one or group basis at a venue to suit you. I have also obtained the NSCA Strength & Conditioning Coaching Award, SAQ Speed Agility Quickness Award, I also possess a fitness instructor qualification and I’m also a WRU rugby coach. I have many yea
rs experience in instructing and teaching children, adolescents and adults the correct principles of physical conditioning and sports nutrition. I aim to improve children's athletic performance through a comprehensive and scientific approach, for a variety of sports. This will improve the children's approach to training and educate them in their training of strength, power, aerobic development and nutrition. Naturally their confidence improves, and previous clients have even reported better concentration and grades in school. Sessions include:
Strength of limbs
Strength of core (stomach and back)
Combining motions (balancing, throwing, jumping, sprinting (linear) and agility (multi directional)
Balancing - Distribution of body weight and coordination
Throwing - Body displacement
Jumping - Technique and coordination
Sprinting - Technique, velocity and top speed
Agility - Hip or feet speed and distribution of body weight
Flexibility for combined motions. It is my objective to allow each child I teach, the optimisation of his or her potential through physical sciences. These skills are only taught through science base observations, analysis, perseverance and patience. Prices:

Group size: 2-4: £10 per session
