September can feel like a season of change.
Summer is coming to an end.
The kids are heading back to school.
Routines start again.
And life can suddenly feel very different.
For some, that change can bring a sense of relief or a fresh start.
But when you’re grieving, changes like these can also highlight what and who is missing.
Perhaps you’re facing another September without someone you love.
Perhaps the summer brought memories, milestones or difficult moments.
Or perhaps you’re simply finding that grief feels a little heavier as life around you starts moving again.
You don’t have to navigate it alone. 🤍
My Grief Café is a relaxed, welcoming space to come together, talk, listen, share your experience or simply have a coffee and be around people who understand.
There’s no expectation to talk about your loss, and no right or wrong way to grieve.
Everyone is welcome.
