Your mission? Tackle their iconic 3rd Hole. Dropping down from an elevated tee, you’ll look down over a stunning lake to a green heavily guarded by water. At a crisp 113 yards, it’s the perfect distance for golfers of all skill levels to take aim and stick it close! 🎯

⛳️ WHAT A FINISH! ⛳️

The Toptracer Torrey Pines Nearest the Pin competition has officially closed, and we had a real leaderboard shake-up in the final hours!

It was an incredible month of competition:

🏆 1st Place: Liam Conway (0.191 yards) A huge congratulations to Liam, who swept into the top spot on the very last day of the competition! Talk about performing under pressure. You’ve won the 4-ball voucher worth £380!

🥈 2nd Place: Scott Thompson Scott Thomson (0.241 yards) A tough break for Scott, who held onto that #1 spot for the majority of the month with a brilliant shot. You take home the £50 Strathmore Voucher!

🥉 3rd Place: Ian McGrath(0.501 yards) Clearly the man to beat lately! After taking 1st place in our very first competition last month, Ian has landed on the podium once again. Consistent golf, Ian!

Our greenkeeping team works hard to keep Strathmore in top shape, but they need our help! 🚜⛳️
We’ve noticed a lot of unrepaired pitch marks lately, especially on our Par 3s. A pitch mark repaired within 10 minutes heals in 2 days; left alone, it can take weeks to recover.

A quick tip for everyone using the Toptracer screens: Please remember to Log Out of your profile (or Guest session) before you leave the bay.

Why?
Protect Your Data: It ensures the next player doesn't accidentally save their (potentially worse!) scores over your session or mess up your personal stats.

Help the Pro Shop: When you log out, it lets us know exactly which bays are free and ready for the next person, keeping the wait times down! 🏠🤝

While you're at it, please help us keep the bays looking sharp by:
✅ Returning your ball baskets.
✅ Putting unused rubber tees back in the holders.

To celebrate getting the tech up and running, we’re hosting a FREE Nearest the Pin competition for all members and visitors!

THE CHALLENGE: 🎯 Nearest the Pin, 7th Hole at Pebble Beach
THE PRIZE: A £100 Voucher for the winner! 87 YARDS

How to get involved:
1️⃣ Purchase your balls at the machine—Toptracer is free to use!
2️⃣ Download the Toptracer Range App and create your profile.
3️⃣ Register for the competition on the bay screen when you arrive.
4️⃣ Climb the Leaderboard: You can check your rank instantly on your phone or on the live display in the clubhouse to see the current leaders.

New to golf? We have club hire available in the Pro Shop and Bar, so anyone can have a go!

Competition ends March 31st at 10:00 PM. If the top spot is tied, we’ll be holding a live playoff on Masters Saturday at 2:00 PM!
