We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Coach to deliver alternative provision daytime sessions for young people in a supportive, structured, and engaging football environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working in alternative provision or similar settings and understands how sport can be used to positively engage and develop young people.

The role will involve:�✔ Delivering structured football-based sessions during the school day�✔ Working with young people in alternative provision settings�✔ Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment�✔ Supporting behaviour management and engagement through sport�✔ Working alongside external providers and on-site management�✔ Adhering to safeguarding, H&S, and site procedures

We’re looking for someone who:�⚽ Has experience working in alternative provision, PRUs, SEND, youth work, or similar�⚽ Can build positive relationships with young people�⚽ Is confident managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way�⚽ Holds relevant coaching qualifications (or working towards)�⚽ Has safeguarding knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility�⚽ Is reliable and available Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm

🕒 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at The Football Factory and help deliver an outstanding experience for our players, partners, and customers — including supporting alternative provision daytime sessions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy sports or leisure environment and enjoys working with a range of partners and age groups.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Overseeing daily site operations
✔ Supporting and coordinating alternative provision daytime sessions with external providers
✔ Managing bookings, invoicing & operational systems
✔ Creating staff rotas & managing shift cover (evenings/weekends)
✔ Organising birthday parties & events
✔ Maintaining high standards across pitches & facilities
✔ Supporting pricing, stock control & financial alignment
✔ Liaising with accountants for compliance

What we’re looking for:
⚽ Proven operational or management experience
⚽ Strong people, organisation & communication skills
⚽ Confident using booking systems and managing schedules
⚽ Flexible to work evenings & weekends
⚽ Passion for sport, structure & high standards
