Planning season ✨☀️📖

One of my favourite parts of teaching yoga is sitting down with a notebook, a cup of tea, and a head full of ideas, and mapping out a new term of classes.

This week I’ve been planning “The Summer Sessions” a 7-week journey inspired by everything I love about this season. Think ease, lightness, openness, grounding movement, uplifting flows, moments to pause and breathe, summer playlists, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with yourself.

While every class leaves space for what people need on the day, I love weaving together a theme and creating a journey that unfolds week by week. There’s something really special about seeing it all come together.

Classes start next week and I still have a few spaces available in my Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday classes.

If you’re ready to embrace the energy of summer and carve out some time just for you, I’d love to welcome you to the mat.

Thank you to all the beautiful souls who joined me for this morning’s pop-up outdoor yoga session.
It was giving full-on summer vibes ☀️

There was something so special about gathering together in community, moving and breathing in the sunshine….even with the dewy, wet grass beneath us. We flowed, shared a Breath of Joy, soaked up the warmth, and the chats afterwards felt just as nourishing as the practice itself.

A special mentions to for the delicious treats afterwards & for not only capturing some gorgeous pics but also being one of my biggest cheerleaders 💛✨

Good vibes, good weather, good community… the perfect way to finish the bank holiday weekend.

Today has felt like the first proper day of summer… so there was only one place to go 🌊☀️

A beautiful morning hanging out with & gorgeous yoga practice with .spirit.bypippa , followed by a little mooch around and coffee!

Summer vibes officially activated! ☀️

Slowly coming back to earth after another incredible weekend in Wales. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It always takes a few days for everything to truly land.

Something magical happens on retreats✨….Watching this group come together almost instantly, the support they showed one another, the laughter shared, the deep breaths, the sea air, the slow moments… it’s something that will stay with me forever.

Feeling exhausted but my heart is full 🧡💛🧡💛

I’m not a believer in the narrative New Year New You.

Yoga, for me, is a place to come home.
A space to quieten the external noise,
to listen in, to move in a way that feels kind and authentic to you..

Some days that’s strong, some days that’s slow,
some days it’s simply showing up and lying down.

My classes are inclusive, nourishing and a little bit playful.
No expectations. No pressure.
Just breath, movement, connection and space to be you.

If you’re craving something steady, grounding and real as the year turns, I’d love to welcome you onto the mat.

Monday Wake Up Flow eased us into the week with gentle movement, steady breath & setting an intention for the week ahead.

This week in classes we’re connecting to joy….not the big, shiny kind, but the tiny sparks: birdsong, that first sip of tea, a soft purr at your cat (a few of mine this morning!)

Notice those little glimpses of joy as they appear… and if you feel called to, share one to brighten someone else’s day ✨

Yesterday’s class left me in complete awe.
I gave everyone space to move freely…no cues, no direction, just time to tune in.
What unfolded was for me real yoga: each person moving in their own unique way, guided not by shape or sequence, but by inner listening & turning inwards.
When the outer world quietens & the inner world speaks…..Pratyahara.
When we truly drop in and let the body lead, that’s the practice. That’s yoga.
