I am participating in a FUNDRAISER for UKRAINE, organised by Kitty Yarrow (of ). She'll be running boot camp and I'll be finishing with a heart led yoga practice for everyone. We would LOVE to welcome you, please feel free to bring friends and family, even pets!!
