When I feel anxious I do Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadhi Sodhana). I also do it at the end of a long day before bed to help me wind down 😴

Research indicates that it lowers our blood pressure and I personally find concentrating on l switching from the left and right nostril keeps me focused and grounded in the moment.

In this video I show how to do it (and finish abruptly because making videos are hard and I am only hooman 😅)
