Dominique Parlatt former makeup artist for 19 years in tv, event, wedding and special Fx invites you to an evening of Reformer Pilates, a motivating talk on the life of a woman, followed by a 40 min makeup master class to learn exactly what to do and how to with your makeup,

Bring your own makeup or try the vast collection at the hive to learn the tricks of the industry,

Of course there are cakes and drinks held on Saturday evenings throughout April.

The event is limited to 6 people and is 2.5 hours long a full evening all about you - and your body.

Our strong controlled flow worked through deep flexion and extension patterns with a strong emphasis on spinal articulation, vertebral sequencing, and activation to support controlled rolling movements.
