I’m really excited to announce that I’ll be personal training from S40 Personal Training in Chesterfield starting this November! 💪

My diary is open from November and I can’t wait to start helping people reach their goals in this amazing new space.

A huge thank you to Rich and Phill at S40 for giving me this opportunity. Also an extra special thank you to for the continued support and guidance. I genuinely wouldn’t be starting this next chapter without you 🙏

Maybe you’re Putting in the Work… But Is Your Program Actually Right for YOU?

Training hard is important — no question.
But here’s something to consider:

👉 Effort alone doesn’t guarantee results — direction does.

You could be:
❌ Lifting consistently… but not progressing
❌ Doing random workouts with no clear goal
❌ Following a program built for someone else’s body, not yours
❌ Spinning your wheels because your training doesn’t match your lifestyle, recovery, or nutrition

👀 If you’re not seeing results despite showing up, it’s time to ask:
Is your training truly tailored to YOU — your goals, your schedule, your body, your experience level?

💡 A smart program should:
✅ Align with your goal (fat loss? strength? performance?)
✅ Match your experience level
✅ Progress over time (not just repeat workouts)
✅ Balance intensity with recovery
✅ Evolve with you
