This made me chuckle :) a simple act that becomes harder as we get older.

Some ladies start with me and can't get up on their own, but at the moment 100% of my ladies can now get themself up!

For refernce the age range in our classes is late 20's to early 80's

A lovely afternoon tea with some of the Pilates members today at The Appletree Lounge today.

We are back next week so I am busy planning the class :)

I always plan my classes so that the movements are balanced in terms of the muscles being used each week, and over the block we get the full range of Pilates movements included.

I think this picture is a good reminder to us all.

This week I decided to take an extra week off for myself outside of the school holidays - sorry to my ladies but sometimes I need some time to recharge so that I can keep going :) (recorded classes were available)

I do wish last week's weather had stayed though!

Am looking forward to seeing some of you at the Afternoon Tea social on Friday :)

That is another block done!

A huge thank you to all of my lovely ladies who have booked onto another block - 100 of you have stayed again and it's means the world!

I am also looking forwarded to welcoming back 2 lovely ladies, and meeting 3 new ladies who are joining us in June.
