Unfortunately, following guidance issued by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in response to the latest Covid-19 infection rates, we have had to temporarily close our gym today (19th December 2020) along with all other gyms located in Tier 4 areas.

The restrictions are due for review on 30th December 2020 and we will keep members informed via email with any developments or news of a reopening date.

We know this has been a very challenging year for you all, and these new restrictions mean the festive period may be difficult too, but we really do hope you all remain safe and well.

We’ll be sharing more updates and information as soon as we can.

Thank you for all your support this year – it means a hell of lot to us!

It’s December, and as of today, 61% of the population in England are in Tier 3 and the rest of the UK are under lockdown restrictions.
Not quite the Christmas ‘run-up’ we were all hoping for…

But don’t panic!
We are still open.
If you can’t go out out, you can at least work out out.
So why not hit the bar(bells) today?

We know it’s tough right now but we’re here for you.
We’ll be doing everything we can this festive season to provide some much needed light relief.
