Is this nice weather making anyone miss the gym lately? ☀️
Maybe the evenings are too nice to stay indoors… maybe plans start creeping in… and before you know it, you’ve missed a few sessions and feel like you’re falling behind on the goals you set at the start of the year.
But don’t feel disheartened 👊
Missing a few gym days doesn’t mean you’ve failed. In fact, the days classed as “rest days” are just as important as the days you’re in the gym putting in the work.
