GRADING TIMES – JUNE 2026

Grading times for the June 2026 grading are listed below. Please look for the time of the student’s current belt level. Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your start time.

Green Belt & Above (Juniors)
Students will need full sparring gear:

* Head guard
* Gum shield
* Boxing gloves
* Foot guards
* Shin guards

White & Yellow Belt (Adult)
Students will need:

* Head guard
* Gum shield
* Boxing gloves

Gold Belt & Above (Adults)
Students will need full sparring gear (same as the Juniors).

All adult students please take focus mitts if you have.

Please ensure that all jewellery is removed and long hair is tied back.

Our Sooyang Do team is taking on the challenge of the Beast Race in support of Befriend a Child!

We're proud to be stepping out of the dojang and into the mud, obstacles, and hills to raise money for a fantastic charity that supports children and young people across the North East of Scotland.

Every challenge we face on the course will be for a great cause, and we'd love your support. Whether it's a donation, a share, or a few words of encouragement, it all helps make a difference.
