Week 3/8 - Road to 10 Press-ups
Been working behind the scenes getting the work in. Week 2 was a good week, building the reps and working through form.
Then onto week 3. Safe to say the start of the week didn’t go to plan. Got hit with the lurgy so had to press pause and recover. Ended up being 2/3 sessions instead of the full 3 this week. But honestly I’m not making a big deal out of it. 2 upper sessions instead of none is good enough when things take over that you can’t control. And no they weren’t the best sessions in the world but I still put in as much effort as I could on those days (some would say that was out of stubbornness 😅).
Onto week 4 and nearly at the halfway point. Time to step it up a bit. Adding in progressions, pushing the weight on loaded exercises and getting back after it 💪.
