Ever wonder why some people achieve their goals while others struggle? It all comes down to three key points:

Consistency:
Small efforts, repeated daily, lead to massive results over time. Progress isn’t about giant leaps—it’s about showing up every single day.

Discipline:
Motivation fades, but discipline keeps you going. It’s the ability to do what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like it.

Purpose:
A clear ‘why’ fuels your drive. When you have a strong purpose, setbacks become stepping stones instead of roadblocks.

Success isn’t about luck—it’s about committing to the process. Stay consistent, be disciplined, and never lose sight of your purpose. The results will follow.

I heard this on a US tv programme yesterday, and I just had to share.

I do love being creative and this past weekend a friend and I painted this, from Brush Party online demand.

We wanted to paint something with a bee and found this - whilst painting we realised the symbolism of both the bee and thistle and how it has comparison in life and how a life coach can help.

Bee - focus, dedication, hard work, inspiring
Thistle - resilience, strength, determination

Together they are so impactful and symbolise a balanced approach to life working towards goals and staying grounded when life sends you challenges to overcome.

The path may feel long and arduous, but eventually that goal will be within reach.Coaching can help you get there easier...

Have a go at tracking your energy levels on a typical day, and then go through and work out what you do during those times.

Do you find you’re doing a high energy task when your levels are low?

Can you move some of those tasks around your day to match the task with energy levels?
