🚨 World Bowls is on the lookout to fill the key new role of 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲).

Working 3-days a week, the coordinator will have an important role in increasing exposure and promoting the sport on a global stage.

Our dad’s (Ally Reid Mr Northfield) funeral will be held at Mastrick Parish Church on Friday 14th October at 11am, and thereafter to Ellon Cemetery. At our dads request, black clothing is not necessary and a splash of colour would be welcomed.

His Funeral Tea will be held at Summerhill Indoor Bowling Club. Teas will be available from after the church service and will be attended by our family on our return from Ellon.

Family flowers only please. If desired a donation can be made to Macmillian Cancer Trust.

We would also like to thank everyone for their kind calls, cards and messages during this sad time. It has meant a lot to us all.

His son in law has asked if I could put it on the Silver City And Printers pages.

Congratulations to Bob Coull on winning the Handicap trophy and Andy Owen for winning the championship trophy. Both guys had an input to winning the four cups and the Silver city League title as well. Roll on next year.

Congratulations to the Printers Bowling Club on winning the league for 2022. It goes well with the four cups we won as well. Thomson Cup. Cant Cup Triples Cup and 3 2 1.

Congratulations to the Printers Bowling Club on winning the Silver City Bowling League. After winning all four cup competitions I thought we would struggle to maintain enough wins to win the league.

Many thanks to Polmuir bowling club for our friendly on Saturday. Once again we had a great time and we’re treated in the usual manner. The ladies excelled themselves with our midway tea. Thanks to all who donated prizes for the raffle. Thanks to Bill Anderson for standing in for our president Ken Scott. See you all next year.
