Retreat mode: activated 🌿🇫🇷

For the next nine days, this beautiful place will be home — The Reverie Retreat in the French countryside, near Limoges.

While I’m here hosting, my focus and energy will naturally be with the retreat, so replies to emails and enquiries may be a little slower than usual. Thank you for your patience 💛

I’ll share little snippets from our week whenever I can!

Meanwhile, most classes at Studio La Paz are continuing as usual, thanks to the lovely Lynne and Bryony holding the fort back home.

A wee Studio La Paz pricing update 🌿

From September, there’ll be a new pricing structure at the studio, with more options depending on how often you’d like to practise.

Monthly memberships 🌱
Root — 4 classes | £36
Grow — 8 classes | £64
Flourish — 12 classes | £84
Thrive — 16 classes | £96

And if a monthly membership doesn’t suit you, there are flexible options too:

Flexi Pass — £90
10 classes to use over 3 months

PAYG — £12 per class

I’ve put a lot of thought and research into the new pricing to make sure it feels fair, while also allowing the studio to be sustainable and continue to grow.

Hopefully having a few different options means you can choose what works best for your routine, your budget and how often you’d like to practise.

A little bit of lovely Studio La Paz news 🌿

I’m so happy to be welcoming Bryony and Lynn to the Studio La Paz teaching team this September. 🤍

One of the things I’ve loved most about creating the studio is watching it slowly grow into a little community — and it feels really special to now have other wonderful teachers bringing their own experience, knowledge and energy into the space.

Both Bryony and Lynne have so much to offer, and I’m genuinely excited to be able to join some of their classes myself too! There’s something so lovely about getting to be the student. ☺️

Their new classes are now on the timetable and available to book, with more lovely things coming as we head into autumn. 🍂

Here’s my wee whistle-stop tour of the Studio La Paz app! 📱🧘‍♀️

Now, it’s not technically my own app because, well… they are ££££ 😂 BUT you can find Studio La Paz on the Spaces by Wix app.

You’ll need a joining code to get connected, but once you’re in you can:

✨ View all your bookings
✨ Book classes, retreats & events
✨ Modify or cancel bookings
✨ Add yourself to waitlists
✨ Buy memberships

Quite a lot, tbh! 😂

If you’d like the joining code, just comment below and I’ll send it over.

A few wee updates from Studio La Paz and me!

I’m SO excited and happy to finally share that we have two amazing teachers joining the Studio La Paz teaching team! 🤩

Bryony and Lynne will both be bringing their own knowledge, experience, expertise and passion into the studio and I’m absolutely delighted to have them joining our wee community.

I also can’t wait to join some of their classes and workshops myself! I love being a student just as much as I love teaching, and it’s always so lovely (and inspiring!) to roll out my mat, learn from other teachers and just enjoy being part of the class. 🧘‍♀️

So it’s going to be a very exciting start to autumn at Studio La Paz!

The new classes are now live on the website and ready to book, and while you’re there you can also have a wee nosey at the updated membership and pricing options coming in September.

Lots of lovely things happening in our little studio and I’m very excited for this next chapter.

One final room at Reverie Retrwat 🌿

In just a few weeks, we’ll be heading off to the beautiful French countryside for a whole week of yoga, Yogalates, incredible vegan food, exploring, relaxing, laughing and generally stepping away from normal life for a wee while.

And there is ONE room left.

I’ve popped together a little peek at what the week will look like because honestly, when I see it all together like this, I get even more excited about what we’ve planned.

Morning yoga followed by a gorgeous brunch. Lazy afternoons in the garden, a dip in the hot tub, a book in the sunshine or heading off on an adventure. Massage. Sound bath. Beautiful vegan meals that I don’t have to cook 😂. Slow evenings. And absolutely no pressure to do everything — or anything!

The final room is a gorgeous big ensuite room and can be booked either for one person to have all to themselves, or for two friends sharing.

A wee booking how-to for you! 📱🧘‍♀️

A quick guide to cancelling or rescheduling your classes if your plans change — because life happens!

You can cancel or reschedule your booking yourself up to 24 hours before your class.

Within 24 hours, the usual cancellation policy applies, so please do have a wee check of your plans before that window if you can.

Hopefully this makes managing your bookings that little bit easier 💛

And as always, if you get stuck with anything, just give me a shout.

Hello from the IT Department! 😂👩‍💻

Since launching the new website, a few lil bits and bobs have come up that I’ve been working my way through… who knew I’d be adding website troubleshooting to my list of skills?!

So if you’ve been on the website and something isn’t quite working as you’d expect, you can’t find something, or you’re having any issues with bookings or your account, let me know in the comments.

I’ll do my very best to figure out what’s going on and get it sorted! And it’s actually really helpful for me to know, as there might be something I’ve completely missed.

Still very much learning as I go with all of this 😂
