Brilliant racing last weekend by the team with some great results and two podium finishes 👏👏👏

Tim has been with Iron Chef Coaching since August last year. Through his own hard work and the right combination of sessions, he has managed to make some fantastic gains.

His swim speed, run pace and bike power have all come on leaps and bounds.

his most notable gain was in Fishgaurd 70.3 just gone.

Where he had this to say

“Hi Dave, just wanted to say my overall time today was 6.54 which I am absolutely ecstatic about compared to last time as final finisher with a time of 8.03, I never would of imagined that I could make so much of an improvement and I owe it to you so a massive thankyou for everything.”

Tim has done the hard work, and achieved the results.

Great weekend of racing. Some longest bike rides ever, achieved at the Carten, some great PB’s hit at Aberaeron Tri, and three super series podium slots at llanelli. Not to mention four 5k pb’s on run leg. Proud coach, 👏👏👏 roll on the next one 👌👌🏊‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️
