Our group has a wide variety of paces from beginner to those training for a half marathon PB.
Our focus is to improve & strengthen your running while having a laugh π€©

I am a Level 3 Welsh Athletics Endurance Coach and Sports Therapist.
β¨ππ»βοΈπβοΈβοΈβοΈπβοΈπβοΈβοΈβοΈπββοΈβ¨
The term is 8 weeks, so 16 sessions in total taking us up to February 9th.

ππ»ββοΈππ» Group parkruns at Llanercheron
ππ»πΊ Christmas Party at The Feathers
πππΌββοΈππ» π Jingle Jog 5 or 10k
ππ»ππ»ββοΈ Llandysul NYE 5 or 10k
πββοΈππ» Tregaron Half Marathon
β¨ππ»βοΈπβοΈβοΈβοΈπβοΈπβοΈβοΈβοΈπββοΈβ¨
These are not a compulsory part of the course, just fun to have some collective activities and goals. You may choose to do them all or focus on one
The eight week course is Β£47 discounted to Β£40 for early sign ups before December 1stπ
You donβt need to attend every session, just as many as you can. If you attend twice weekly it works out as Β£2.50 per session, if once per week then Β£5:00 So hopefully affordable for all π

Sessions are Monday and Wednesday evenings usually 6:10pm. Mondays are longer runs from 2 to 8 miles.
Wednesday we work in groups on shorter efforts and running form. Sign up to be added to our WhatsApp group for full details.
