500 classes reached ✅ A landmark which I’m extremely proud of. It’s safe to say that I’ve absolutely loved every single session 😝

The phenomenal improvements I’ve seen in so many people during this time has been fantastic to witness! Every class for me is a pleasure, NEVER a chore 💪🏻

Next BIG target, 750 sessions 🙌🏻

I celebrated my Birthday last week and received a couple of thoughtful gifts from a few members of the group 🎁

Steve Blunden brought me a cup. This will certainly be put to good use, with all the green/fruit teas which I drink every day! I hope he’s not suggesting that I have small arms though… 🫣😂

Beverley Anne Stallard gifted me this fruit bowl which was very tasty 😋

Anyone would think I’m a fitness instructor 🤷🏻‍♂️💪🏻

Another week, another card 🤕

Meet Lisa. Lisa unfortunately recently broke her toe, leaving her unable to attend any classes for 6 weeks… Lisa is only 17, i was so impressed with how she dealt with the injury in such a mature and positive way! It was nice for me to see how keen she was to get back to the training 💪🏻

We done the card differently this time, I added members into a group chat and they sent across what they would like me to add in. I colour co-ordinated the card, blue for men and pink for women 🔵🩷 This probably wasn’t one of my brightest ideas with my bad handwriting… 🫣

So pleased that the patience and persistence paid off, Well done! As the card suggest, Lisa really is a star ⭐️

Ryan’s helper RETURNS 😆

After missing the past 13 weeks of training due to undergoing surgery, it was great to see my mum back at the classes for the first time this week. For someone who is constantly on the go, I know how frustrating and challenging the recovery period was for her… However, with patience and persistence she’s now back doing what she loves 💪🏻

44 members of the group wrote personal messages in this lovely card. An indication of the kind & friendly environment which we have created!

Well done Mum, the R.S Fitness family are all very pleased for you 💪🏻❤️

I was a privileged to go back to my former team (Stevenage) this week 7 years after leaving the club 🔴⚪️ They asked me to do a talk (1:15 hours) about my experiences during my time, where I discussed the highs/lows of my career 🗣️ It was great to be given the opportunity to go back to do this! Was also good for me to reflect on how far I’ve come in the years since being released 💪🏻

It was nice to see some familiar faces and reminisce about old times! I was very impressed to see how far the club has positively progressed since I’ve left 👏🏻

One thing I didn’t like though … The fact that I don’t actually look that tall in this photo 🫣😂
