The SEE-project is focused on developing mechanisms to train instructors, guides, and leaders on how to communicate good environmental practices and ethics and thereby reduce this impact. Great messages from ENOS and the GoGREENEx Network supported by the evidence of the BOSS project

Being in nature has very powerful effects on positive mental health and well-being. Initially developed by members of the network in Ireland, has created a campaign to highlight the value of NATURE for all European citizens and in particular for people facing social isolation and sedentary lifestyles during the health crisis. What a pleasure it was to present the BOSS project and ENOS European Network Outdoor Sport at the info session with the Europarc Federation in Brussels today.

Great day of networking and info sharing with our good friends in the The Europarc Federation in Brussels. Delighted to present a copy of the excellent book by Gogreenex members on physical activity in natural settings to Yves le Lostecque the head of the EU Sport Unit, Nicola Notaro Head of Nature Protection Unit of DG ENV and Carol Ritchie Director of Europarc Federation.

Nothing like a short river break when finalising the report on an EU Erasmus + project. The BOSS project has officially finished, the toolkit is available on the website and the report is being finalised.
BUT the friendships and fun should never stop.

Great afternoon on the bikes in Tollymore Forest for the BOSS team between workshops to finalise the toolkit for measuring social value of outdoor sports.
Being active in nature has been shown to help cognitive function so the work went even better after the ride!!
