We powerhike an average of 27 km, every sunday in the Greater Paris Area at a brisk pace (5.5 to 6.5 km/h

). You need to be fit enough if you want to take part (otherwise you might not able to keep up). Occasionally we might also hike abroad. And just because we walk fast doesn't mean that we don't take time to enjoy the scenery and breathe the good air. BEAR IN MIND , HOWEVER, THAT POWERHIKING IS A WORKOUT ACTIVITY (NOT SIGHTSEEING) AND THEREFORE NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. The Group Motto : "Alone we go faster, together we go further" – African wisdom. Last but not least, this community is also about building bonds of friendship between the members.
