linktr.ee/athleticartgym I’m a certified strength and conditioning coach from France who train regular people and athletes since 2017. I’m specialized in bodybuilding and olympic weightlifting but I’m more focused into bodyweight training, kettlebell e

xercices, Pilates and mental training nowadays. I was a production controller in Universal Music France for 7 years and worked for artists such as : Eminem, Lady Gaga, Sting, Rammstein, Metallica… and other big French sellers like Nekfeu or Mylène Farmer. I’m still a huge music fan who keeps create new music and see a lot of shows. As I know the difficulties of beeing a musician, touring and the physical problems that can appears with this job ; I wanted to prepare you the same way as I can take care of an athlete and teach you how to move better, get stronger and reduce your stress while doing something else besides touring and staying inside a tourbus. That’s why I created Athletic Art®

Otherwise, I do grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I listen to metal (death, black, doom, drone, grind…),
