Slowly back on skis, looking forward next season ❄️

From a surgery to physical trainings at 😷->💪🏽

After a bad reception on ski I broke my ACL and had a surgery 4 months ago which has been really hard times for me. 🤕

I was heartbroken to not being able to ski and skate this season, that is the reason why I’ve been quiet lately.❤️‍🩹
Did a lot of rehab, physical trainings, taking care of my knee, took time for family, friends and to study.🤓

And now it’s time for me to say that I start to see the end of this injury, feeling stronger than the last past months and will continue to train more than ever. 👟

I want to thank my family, friends and physiotherapist who have been here the whole time.
And a big thank you to the CERS team which helped me to see new results and to be more confident for the next season!! 🫶🏽
