For a long time, I thought that my two professional worlds had nothing in common:
➡️ Executive coaching and learning & development consultant
➡️ And guiding clients in choosing a singing bowl
Yet over the years, I’ve come to understand that these two paths are deeply connected.
Five years ago, I knew nothing about singing bowls. Then came a series of encounters...
Each of them opened a new door: scientific evidence, vibration, posture, energy, tradition and intuition.
Very quickly, I understood something essential:
👉 Helping someone choose a singing bowl is not about selling a product. It is about creating a space for them to listen, feel, explore - exactly as in executive coaching !
When I give advises on chosing singing bowls, I observe your gestures, your posture, your breathing.
Your arm slowly relaxes, the sound becomes clearer, your attention shifts inward.
I never choose for you - I simply create the conditions for your choice to emerge.
And this is precisely what happens in executive coaching:
✔️ I provide a safe, confidential environment
✔️ I listen deeply and without judgement
✔️ I observe what is said and what is not said
✔️ I support exploration at the right pace
✔️ I never give advice or solutions
👉 And the client always leaves with an action - their action, defined by them, aligned with what truly matters to them.
The tools differ.
The environments differ.
But the posture is the same.
Today, I fully embrace that my executive coaching practice and my work with singing bowls nourish one another.
At the core of both lies presence, professionalism, human connection, curiosity, and the art of accompanying someone toward clarity and action.
So today, I want to say thank you to those who are guiding me, questioning me, challenging me, trusting me - in both worlds.
May the journey continue -
Professionally & humanly.
