Looking back in pictures on this 5th stage of the Tour de l'Avenir ⛰️🚴

What a counter clockwork! The runners gave their best on this demanding 11 km and +735 m of positive elevation 📈.

🏆 EVENT: The Tour de l’Avenir is coming to our home on Monday, August 24!

For its 62nd edition, the Tour de l’Avenir individual timepiece will be contested between Les Carroz and Flaine, with a grand arrival at the Pierre Carrée Pass. 🏔️⏱️

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Come & walk on the stage
🚫 Route Les Carroz Flaine cut off from 1pm to 6pm.
🚌 Shuts provided from 8am to 1pm (back to normal at 6pm).
🅿️ Free parking at the pass from Les Carroz.

Looking for a hike where the kids won't even notice the time passing? Head to the Tour de l'Arbaron! 🏔️✨

📏 Distance: 5.05 km
📈 Elevation gain: +250 m
⏱️ Duration: approx. 2h

⭐ Family highlights:
1️⃣ "Celestial Journey with Hypatia" themed trail: an educational and fun treasure hunt along the entire route! Kids get to solve puzzles using a full adventure kit (pouch, props, and activity booklet). Available at the Tourist Office (€12 instead of €15 with the Flaine Summer Pass).
2️⃣ Picnic tables: several spots are available along the trail for a lunch break or a snack.
