Round 1 - Promotional Relegation

Vatukoula takes on Coastland Rugby (formerly Nanukuloa) in the first round of the Vanua Promotional relegation 2026. The overall winner from the Viti-Levu select together with the overall winner of the Vanualevu select will qualify to play in the Skipper Cup this year.

Reminder to all clubs:

📌Ensure that you pay your team subs of $80 to cater for the medics and match officials fee.

📌The women’s team to meet at the main tent at 11am to complete your registration.

📌Ensure that your match official rep and medics rep join the VRU medics and match officials at their respective tents tomorrow.

Bula to all VRU Affiliated Clubs,

We thank you for your participation in the VRU Pangea 10’s Tournament last weekend.

A big congratulations 🎉 to Lomavata our Pangea 10’s Tournament Winner and to Loloma Babas for being our 1st runner up.

Our coaches have identified the following players listed in the Training Squad List to begin training tomorrow, Tuesday 5th May and Wednesday 6th May at Theodore Park from 4.30pm. If your name is on the list, please note the things you need to bring for training.

More names will be added to the list during the club games. Watch this space for more updates.

Pangea 10’s Tournament Draws

Senior Men - 2 pools of 4 teams
U20 Men - 3 teams
Women’s - 2 teams (playing 7’s)

Please note that the 10’s tournament will open at 9am with a devotion, distribution of draws to the managers and briefing for match officials.

Please send your clubs match official and medics rep to the Games Committee for further directions and duty for tomorrow’s game.

We trust that all our participants tomorrow will have a restful night and look forward to a good day of rugby tomorrow.

To all Affiliated VRU Clubs,

Please be advised that the postponed Vatukoula Pangea 10’s tournament will be held this Saturday 2nd May 2026.

Team Registration Fees:

Senior Team - $70.00
U20 - $50.00
Women’s Team - Free Entry

Admission Fees
Admission - $3 Adult
Secondary - $2.00
Children below 12yrs old free

Selling- $10.00
Carrier - $3.00

There will be 3 monetary prizes to win when your ticket stubs are drawn.

Prize money:

Senior:
Winner - $200
Runner up - $120
Semifinalist - $80 (If 10 or more clubs participate.)

U20 & Women’s Prize money will depend on the number of participating teams and will be updated on this forum as registration comes in.

Registration closes on Friday midday and draws will be out by Friday evening.
