πŸ₯‡πŸ† Champions β€” Lautoka Wesley Methodist Church

Every champion has a story β€” a journey marked by sacrifice, discipline, unity, and unwavering faith. Championships are not won in a single match; they are built through preparation, perseverance, and trusting God through every challenge.

Congratulations to Lautoka Wesley Methodist Church, champions of CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. You came all the way from the West carrying not just the desire to compete, but the heart to represent your church, your people, and above all, Christ.
Through every match, you displayed composure under pressure, strength in adversity, and unity as one body. Your victory is a testimony that when a team moves with one spirit and one purpose, great things can happen.

What makes this triumph even more meaningful is the sacrifice behind it. From the long journey to the countless unseen efforts, every step mattered. Even in moments of difficulty β€” including the absence of key players in crucial moments β€” the team remained focused and resilient.

As Scripture reminds us:
β€œI have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” β€” 2 Timothy 4:7

This tournament was never only about lifting a trophy. It was about glorifying Christ, building brotherhood, and showing that sport can be a platform for ministry.

Congratulations, Lautoka Wesley Methodist Church. You are worthy champions. May this victory inspire many more to compete with faith, purpose, and humility. πŸ™βš½πŸ†πŸ‘‘

πŸ₯ˆπŸ† Runner-Up β€” RTSN Catholic Boys

Not every journey ends with lifting the championship trophy, but every journey walked with faith, unity, and perseverance is still worthy of honor.

Congratulations to RTSN Catholic Boys for finishing as Runner-Up at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. You fought with passion, played with heart, and carried yourselves with great determination throughout the tournament.

Reaching the final is no small achievement β€” it is a reflection of the hard work, sacrifices, and countless moments of preparation that brought this team to the biggest stage. Though the final result may not have been the one hoped for, this moment is not defeat; it is part of the journey God is using to shape character and build resilience.

As Scripture reminds us:
β€œBlessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life.” β€” James 1:12

Sometimes God uses the near victories to prepare us for greater victories ahead.

Well done, RTSN Catholic Boys. Hold your heads high β€” this is not the end, only preparation for what’s next. πŸ™βš½πŸ₯ˆ

πŸ₯‰πŸ† 3rd Place Award β€” El Roi FC Team A

Every journey of competition comes with challenges, lessons, victories, and moments that shape character. Not every reward is the ultimate prize, but every step taken with faith and perseverance carries value.

Congratulations to El Roi FC Team A for securing 3rd Place at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. Through teamwork, resilience, and determination, they fought hard and earned their place on the podium.

The name El Roi means β€œThe God who sees me.” What a powerful reminder β€” even in moments when others may only see results, God sees the effort, sacrifices, discipline, and heart behind every step of the journey.

As Scripture says:
β€œLet us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” β€” Hebrews 12:1

This tournament was never only about winning matches, but also about building unity, strengthening faith, and glorifying Christ through sport.

Well done, El Roi FC Team A. Keep moving forward β€” the journey continues, and God sees every effort. πŸ™βš½πŸ₯‰

πŸ‘ŸπŸ† Golden Boot Award β€” Samisoni Rakuro | Unity FC

Some victories come with sacrifice long before the whistle blows. Behind every achievement is a story of commitment, endurance, and unseen dedication.

Congratulations to Samisoni Rakuro of Unity FC, recipient of the Golden Boot Award at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. Through his sharp finishing, determination, and hunger for excellence, Sami proved himself as the tournament’s top goal scorer.

What makes this achievement even more inspiring is the sacrifice behind it β€” after finishing a night shift, Sami came directly to the tournament to represent his team. Though fatigue caught up with him and he had to leave early to rest, his impact had already been felt on the court.
Not every sacrifice is seen by the crowd, but God sees every effort made with faithfulness.

As Scripture reminds us:
β€œLet us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” β€” Galatians 6:9

Sami’s journey reminds us that greatness is often built in moments of perseverance when no one is watching.

Well deserved, Sami. Your hard work, sacrifice, and dedication have been rewarded. Keep running with purpose. πŸ™βš½πŸ‘Ÿ

πŸ† Golden Gloves Award β€” Sivanolo Naulago | LWMC UTD

Behind every strong team is a goalkeeper willing to stand firm under pressure β€” watching, protecting, and sacrificing for the team. Often unseen, yet absolutely vital.

Congratulations to Sivanolo Naulago of LWMC UTD, recipient of the Golden Gloves Award at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. His sharp reflexes, composure, and consistency between the posts played a crucial role throughout the tournament.

What makes this moment even more special is seeing him receive this award while holding his little one β€” a beautiful reminder that our victories are never ours alone. We carry not only our dreams, but also the generations looking up to us.

As Scripture says:
β€œBe on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.” β€” 1 Corinthians 16:13

A goalkeeper’s role reflects this truth so well β€” to stay alert, stand firm, and protect what has been entrusted to him.

Well deserved, Sivanolo. May you continue to guard your goal in sport and in life with strength, faith, and purpose. πŸ™βš½πŸ§€

πŸ† Best Player Award β€” Isikeli Ratucava | LWMC UTD

In every tournament, there are players who stand out not only because of their skill, but because of the impact they make every time they step onto the court. Their presence lifts the standard of the game and inspires those around them.

Congratulations to Isikeli Ratucava of LWMC UTD, recipient of the Best Player Award at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. Through determination, consistency, and excellence, he proved himself worthy of this recognition.

But beyond talent, we acknowledge the discipline, commitment, and heart that carried him throughout the tournament. Gifts may open doors, but character sustains greatness.

As the Word says:
β€œDo you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.” β€” 1 Corinthians 9:24

May this achievement remind us all that when talent is surrendered to God and pursued with discipline, excellence becomes worship.

Well deserved, Isikeli. Keep running your race with purpose. πŸ™βš½πŸ†

πŸ† Disciplined Team Award β€” Anugrah UTD FC
In every competition, winning is not only about scoring goals or lifting trophies. Sometimes, the greatest victory is seen in discipline, humility, respect, and the spirit in which the game is played.

Congratulations to Anugrah UTD FC for receiving the Disciplined Team Award at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. This is even more special as they also received the same award in our 1st tournament, showing that discipline is not accidental β€” it is a culture they continue to carry.

Special acknowledgement to Captain Prathna Veeran, receiving the award on behalf of her team. As the only female participant in the entire tournament, she stood with courage, strength, and grace, leading her team with quiet confidence.

As Scripture reminds us:
β€œFor God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” β€” 2 Timothy 1:7

May this be a reminder to us all β€” when we carry ourselves with discipline and integrity, we reflect Christ even in sport.

Well done, Anugrah UTD FC. Keep shining. πŸ™βš½πŸ†

Champions aren't made on game day alone.

Rev. Abel Nand, Master Seru, and Bro. Merrik Nand take us behind the scenes of the grit, faith, teamwork, and preparation that powered the Lautoka Wesley Methodist Church Team to their hard-fought victory in the 3rd Major CFB Christian Tournament. πŸ†πŸ™Œ

What stood out wasn't just the winβ€”it was the foundation behind it. While many were still asleep, these young men were up at 6AM for devotion, choosing to seek God before stepping onto the court.

"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." β€” Matthew 6:33

At CFB, we believe that true victory begins long before the final whistle. It starts in prayer, in discipline, and in putting God first. The trophy may tell the story of the outcome, but devotion reveals the reason behind it. πŸ‘‘πŸ”₯

πŸ† CHAMPIONS β€” Lautoka Wesley Methodist ChurchπŸ†

They came all the way from Lautoka, Western Division with one mission.

Despite missing their ace player Merrill, they showed up with heart, discipline, and championship mentality.

No excuses.
No fear.
Just belief, unity, and determination.

They trusted each other, played for one another, and when it mattered mostβ€”they delivered.

A deserving victory for a team that proved champions are not built around one player, but through collective strength, character, and brotherhood.

Congratulations to Lautoka Wesley Methodist Churchβ€” Champions of CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. πŸ‘βš½

From the West to the top.

Champions for a reason.
All glory to God. πŸ™ Champions for a reason.
