What makes this achievement even more inspiring is the sacrifice behind it — after finishing a night shift, Sami came directly to the tournament to represent his team. Though fatigue caught up with him and he had to leave early to rest, his impact had already been felt on the court.

In every competition, winning is not only about scoring goals or lifting trophies. Sometimes, the greatest victory is seen in discipline, humility, respect, and the spirit in which the game is played.

Congratulations to Anugrah UTD FC for receiving the Disciplined Team Award at CFB’s 3rd Major Christian Futsal Tournament. This is even more special as they also received the same award in our 1st tournament, showing that discipline is not accidental — it is a culture they continue to carry.

Special acknowledgement to Captain Prathna Veeran, receiving the award on behalf of her team. As the only female participant in the entire tournament, she stood with courage, strength, and grace, leading her team with quiet confidence.

Rev. Abel Nand, Master Seru, and Bro. Merrik Nand take us behind the scenes of the grit, faith, teamwork, and preparation that powered the Lautoka Wesley Methodist Church Team to their hard-fought victory in the 3rd Major CFB Christian Tournament. 🏆🙌

What stood out wasn't just the win—it was the foundation behind it. While many were still asleep, these young men were up at 6AM for devotion, choosing to seek God before stepping onto the court.

"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." — Matthew 6:33

At CFB, we believe that true victory begins long before the final whistle. It starts in prayer, in discipline, and in putting God first. The trophy may tell the story of the outcome, but devotion reveals the reason behind it. 👑🔥

Despite missing their ace player Merrill, they showed up with heart, discipline, and championship mentality.
