Day 3 of SSAG04 featured a demanding schedule of breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, freestyle and the individual medley (IM).

The competition has been fierce & our 🐬have been challenged and tested throughout the meet.

Despite the gruelling back-to-back events, our swimmers displayed resilience, determination and tenacity in every race.

Tomorrow sees the final day of swimming at the MSAC and so we wish all our swimmers the best for Day 4 & may you finish the Games strong!!!

End of Day 1 at the School Sport Australia Games 04 & our 🐬 have experienced their first swims in the Melbourne Sport Aquatic Centre - an amazing facility that is also a recognised Olympic training centre!

The team had great support in the bleachers including a young dolphin now living & swimming in Melbourne. Vinaka vakalevu Maggie & Funaki Tukana for the Loloma ❤️

Now that some new PBs have been set, Fiji flag pins traded & nerves settled …. bring on Day 2!!

Massive congratulations to our very own Dolphin swimmer, Tolu Young, on another outstanding performance at the 2026 Commonwealth Games 🔥🌊

Tolu storms into the Men’s 50m Freestyle Final after a brilliant performance, flying the Fiji flag high on the international stage. Tolu has made Fiji swimming history, becoming the first Fijian swimmer to qualify for a Commonwealth Games final.

The whole Dolphin family is behind you, Tolu! 🇫🇯🐬
