📣 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE BIO SERIES |2026

This quarter, NVA will be running a bio‑profiling series to introduce the faces behind our leadership — the people driving volleyball development across our Vuvale

Today, we proudly feature our newly appointed Head Coach, Mr. Emori Bakewa, affectionately known as Coach Barx.

🏆Coach Barx takes over the reins from Coach Peni Ratumaiyale. Coach Ben will continue his service as Chair of the NVA Coaching Commission, leading the development of coaching accreditation pathways for local coaches within the Tebara region.

Coach Barx brings a wealth of experience and proven excellence in volleyball coaching and s&c at national, regional and international levels. His first order of business will be spearheading a volleyball acceleration programme or VIA Change Pathway among our grassroot volleyball players.

His coaching philosophy blends discipline, community spirit, and performance excellence, reflecting NVA’s commitment to “Building Champions, Building Community.”
