A hard-fought race, plenty of defending — and Hugo brought it home P1! 🏆🔥

A perfect weekend for Hugo and a fantastic result for the whole team, with 3 championships secured! 🏆🏆🏆

Hugo finishes P7 in the X30 Micro championship, despite racing only 3/5 rounds.

🏁 Race Report – Rotax Max Challenge Final Round

The track was the same as in the previous race, but with a few changes to some of the corners. Practice went really well on the practice days.

Qualifying was run on Friday as the final session of the day, and it didn’t quite go as planned – P6. I guess the driver already had swimming on his mind at that point 😄🏊‍♂️

Race heats and finals were up next on Saturday. The finals went well, although just before the Superfinal we received the news that the initial results had been cancelled 3 hours after the previous race 🙄. This meant a time penalty that dropped Hugo down to P6 on the grid 😮‍💨

And once the race started, we quickly noticed that something was wrong – the engine simply wasn’t running properly. Hugo checked the kart between the sessions to see if he could spot anything, but it wasn’t until after the chequered flag that the mechanic noticed that the choke had been left on 🥴

Hugo eventually brought the kart home in P9 in the Superfinal. Luckily, once the reason for the “engine problem” was found, we were able to get over the disappointment pretty quickly!

The championship victory was so close – finishing P6 would have been enough – but this time it wasn’t meant to be. Hugo finishes the championship 🥈 P2 overall.

Nothing else to do but keep moving forward! 💪🏻

RMC Finland Final Round – Alahärmä 2026 🇫🇮🏆

The final race weekend went right down to the very last final, with the championship battle being incredibly intense 🫣 Both days were full of close racing, and in the end, Hugo fought his way to become the Micro Max 2026 Champion for the second time! 🏆

This season has had plenty of ups and downs, so this year’s championship was received with tears of joy 🤩

The points battle couldn’t have been much closer — the points were tied, and even the number of P1 finishes was exactly the same 😱 In the end, the number of P2 finishes in the finals decided the championship 👊🏻 It was extremely close, but Hugo’s two P2 finishes in Sunday’s finals ultimately made the difference!

The biggest thank you goes to our team and everyone who has shared this journey with us, supported us throughout the whole season and believed in Hugo’s victory 🥳 It means so much to us 🙏🏻

As usual, we raced three heats with randomly drawn starting positions, followed by the Final.

Heat 1: P1 → P1 🏁
Heat 2: P22 → P2 🏁🥳👊🏻🔥
Heat 3: P12 → P2 🏁 + 5 sec penalty → P5
Final: P1 → P1 🤩🏆

Race Report – RMC NORDIC CHALLENGE RD 3 🇱🇻

A tough weekend, but the driving was absolutely on point 👊🏻

Results:

Qualifying: P4/10
Final 1: Good start, but from P2 I was pushed onto the grass by another driver 🏁 P7
Final 2: P2
Superfinal: Started from P4, finished 🏁 P2, but after a penalty dropped to P6 🤷🏻‍♂️

Race Report – RMC CE Brück 🇦🇹

What a fantastic race weekend in extremely hot conditions! 🥵 Temperatures were well over 40°C every day, so staying hydrated and having an air-conditioned car between sessions made a huge difference. 😀

Results ⬇️

* Qualifying: P9/13
* Pre Final: P9 → P5 🏁
* Final: P5 → P5 🏁
* Super Final: Started P5, crossed the finish line in P4. Following a post-race disqualification of another driver, Hugo was classified P3. 🏁

The overall podium was decided by the combined points from all races. Hugo delivered consistent performances and made progress throughout the weekend, earning enough points to finish 2nd overall! 🥈🤩🔥🥳
