For the first two years of training, I was inconsistent. Train hard for two weeks. Disappear for one.
Progress stalled. Motivation faded. Results were terrible.
The turning point wasn’t a new program or diet. It was one simple habit:
I started training at the same time every single day — 9 AM. No excuses. No “later.” No negotiating.
When training became part of my routine, consistency stopped being optional. Routine beats motivation every time.
If you struggle to stay consistent, make your workouts non-negotiable. Pick a time. Protect it like an appointment with your future self.
