The event brought together a large group of sports managers and industry professionals. The programme covered topics including how athletes build their brands on social media, changes to Finland’s gambling industry, Valio’s athlete partnerships and sports media. ✨

Welcome to the team aada ottilia kanto ⭐️

Aada Kanto is a 21-year-old alpine skier from Pori, a Junior World Championship medalist and World Cup competitor with her sights firmly set on the world’s elite. Known for her positive energy, Aada was also named Pori’s Most Positive Person of the Year in 2026.

For the 2026/27 season, she will combine elite-level sport with her studies at the University of Denver in Colorado. Her goal is to make her international breakthrough and take step after step towards her ultimate dream: an Olympic medal in 2030.

Let us introduce you to our new Head of Communication! 📑📲

Ellinora is responsible for communications and their development at Likel. Her work covers both developing Likel’s own communications and supporting athletes and their managers with visibility, personal branding and media relations.

Ellinora believes that every athlete has a story worth telling. What matters most is that it is told in the athlete’s own voice and in a way that feels true to who they are. There is no single formula that works for everyone, and there shouldn’t be.

Her background as a journalist, combined with years of experience in sports communications and marketing, has taught Ellinora how to find compelling stories, bring them to the right audiences and build strong relationships with the media.

Ellinora is driven by people, great stories and new ideas. More often than not, the best stories come from being curious enough to ask one more question.

Mitra Honka is a Finnish HYROX athlete driven by a passion for continuous improvement, purposeful training, and pushing her limits. As a competitive athlete and certified HYROX coach, she combines her experience in the sport with a strong desire to help others reach their goals. Her ambition is to become one of Finland’s leading HYROX athletes and compete at the highest level internationally.

Mitra is known for her determination, energy, and ambition. Outside of sport, she enjoys taking on new challenges, staying active, and spending time with friends.

Jari Tamski brings extensive hands-on experience in sports leadership, combined with strong expertise in business and public sector services. He has a comprehensive understanding of the daily operations and needs of sports clubs, teams, and athletes, gained through roles as a chairman, team manager, competition director, and event coordinator. His core strength lies in building effective partnerships, stakeholder networks, and genuine relationships, always putting people first. Today, Jari combines professional sports management, contract negotiations, and targeted sponsorship acquisition with high-quality sports and classical massage services. Welcome to the team Markus Arsalo 🤝

Markus Arsalo is a footballer from Tampere, Finland, currently playing for AC Oulu in the Finnish Veikkausliiga . A midfielder known for his strong team-first mentality and ability to build play, Markus brings composure, responsibility and leadership to the pitch. ⚽️

His path to becoming a professional footballer has not been a straightforward one. Challenging experiences growing up, becoming independent at an early age, and balancing work with ambitious sporting goals have required resilience and taught him to take responsibility. Markus also speaks openly about the importance of empathy and being considerate of others.

Despite his young age, Markus has already taken on leadership roles within his teams, including serving as captain at SJK. For him, leadership is first and foremost about leading by example and letting actions speak.

Beyond football, Markus values people and the way we treat one another. The same applies to partnerships: he wants to work with brands and organisations that share his values and create collaborations that can have a meaningful impact beyond the football pitch.
